As first time home buyers, we didn't really know what to expect going into the home search, but Boone did an amazing job at each point. He was super professional and courteous, and we never felt pressured or pushed into anything.

He has a particularly great understanding of the different Austin neighborhoods and home valuations. He went above and beyond breaking down construction quality of homes and what upkeep/modifications would potentially look like. That wasn't an element we expected to get from a Realtor but ended up being a huge asset.

We ended up in a multi-offer situation, and it became clear that Boone adds a ton of value on the back end opening up communication with the sellers agent. We thought that offers just came down to price, but there are layers of complexity around crafting the offer that he has down to a science. It led to us getting our dream home, so we're extremely grateful and looking forward to moving in!
